I’m all about creating great habits and rituals.
Yet throughout my life I’ve had periods of doing this super well and consistently and in other areas more sporadically.
I read my friend James Clear Atomic Habits book last year (NYTimes Bestseller for great reason) where he talks about the power of creating small daily habits that leads to big leaps and changes.
This year I’ve been using his Clear Habits Journal to track my habits every single day and it’s really surprised me – plus it’s quite addictive.
In just 21 days we can form a habit but I believe losing bad habits takes longer and the trick is to replace them with the good ones you want to keep.
