Day 24: How to Use The Four Tendencies Quiz in Real Life

Did you know we each have a tendency toward behaving and acting in one of four ways?

How do you use the four tendencies in real life?

Gretchen Rubin discovered these tendencies over many years and by putting together many data points  about how people ‘tend’ to show up in life, their default tendency so to speak.

If you’ve been asking yourself ‘How do I get people—including myself—to do what I want?” then you’ll want to take notice.

The Four Tendencies framework Gretchen has put together, and the quiz that more than 2,500,000 people have taken, makes this task much easier by revealing a person’s tendency.

Once you know this information it gives you great insights into how to use your tendency to its best effect and also how to deal with other people in your life, or on your team by understanding their tendency.

Find out whether you’re an Upholder, Questioner, Obliger, or Rebel, and what that really means in this video, where I share my interpretation of The Four Tendencies.
