Day 27: Take a Break and Reap the Benefits

When was the last time you took time off?

Like really disconnected, rested and recharged?

If you can’t remember then it’s probably a sign that you need to take some time out.

I’m talking a nap in the afternoon.
A digital sabbatical for a day.
A long weekend away.
A holiday.
A retreat.

Time Out.

The health benefits are immense and it’s actually a smart investment in you and your life and work.

What’s more it’s reenergising and allows you to come back more productive, focused and creative than ever.

It’s so important I’ve already covered it in this video series, and here I am doing it again!

That’s been inspired because I’m about to head off to NZ Spirit Festival to dance, sing, drum, do yoga, ecstatic dance and enjoy live music and just let go.
