I’m a firm believer of setting goals and intentions in your life and I use my own tool and methodology to do this across 8 areas of my life called Life Pilot.

It’s been working so well for me as it’s goal setting combined with reflection and tracking what’s working and what’s not.

I recently learned how much more powerful it is when you write your goals down and share that statistic in my video – it might surprise you and yet it’s so simple to do!

Plus I share the ONE strategy I’m doing every day this month, and probably this year to make it that much more likely that my goals will become a reality.
