Imposter syndrome is real…or is it?
Right now I think this term is being overused way too much, and it’s turning into an excuse for going after our dreams.
Them: “What held you back?”
You: “Oh I had a bad case of imposter syndrome and so I stopped”.
There’s a difference between listening to your fears, your doubts and your inner critic and having some setbacks, versus giving in before you’ve even started because you realised there is some competition out there or you don’t feel quite ‘ready’ to start.
