It’s been a goal of mine for several years to build my dream team.

Yet the biggest mindset shift for me to do this, has been to get out of the way, and relinquish control, surrender to trusting people I bring into my business and their skills.
I’m pretty sure I’m not the only entrepreneur who struggles with letting go, and handing your baby over!
The other thing you need to know, before you start hiring team members, is your best return on investment and your superpowers.
Ask yourself:
- What do I do best, that only I can do?
- What can I give up and delegate?
- What needs to change in order to scale?
- Do I need these people in-house or can I outsource
