Toggl: is a time tracking app that offers online time tracking and reporting services through their website along with mobile and desktop applications.
Thrive Architect: is the visual page builder that is built from the ground up for business and conversion focused websites. It is built with an obsessive focus on being as fast as possible to use.
Podia: is your all-in-one digital storefront. The easiest way to sell online courses, memberships and downloads, no technical skills required.
ConvertKit: is my email provider of choice. It’s been designed for bloggers and content and course creators. It has the power of Infusionsoft, but not the price tag and is easier to use than MailChimp.
It also has simple landing pages (which they’re now improving) and integrates with other tools in my toolkit, plus you can geotarget where you’re subscribers live to get even more granular and make sure your emails land in the right inboxes to get you results!
Loom: helps you capture, narrate and instantly share videos to communicate faster, clearer and friendlier. 100% free!
Asana: is my favorite project management tool. And it’s free. It’s great for simple personal to do lists through to complex projects
It’s as easy as ‘type in your task and hit enter’. You can create specific projects and assign tasks to yourself and your team very quickly and then sync them to your calendar so you get them done.
LastPass: is a free password manager that stores encrypted passwords online. The standard version of LastPass comes with a web interface, but also includes plugins for various web browsers and apps for many smartphones.
Teachable: Great for non-techies, you can create a course in minutes and easy to add lectures into your curriculum. Includes sales pages, checkout pages and upsells, and an ability to have one landing page for all your courses.
